- Trial Period (if applicable)
If a trial period is offered for any course, learners are encouraged to use this period to evaluate the course content. No refunds will be issued once the trial period has ended, unless specific issues are reported (see Section 2).
- Refund Eligibility

- Technical Issues: If technical problems originating from our end prevent you from accessing the course materials, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

- Non-refundable Conditions
- Completed Courses or Modules: No refunds will be issued for courses or modules that have been completed or mostly completed by the learner.
- Expired Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for subscriptions after they expire or if they were used to access content.
- Subscription Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the content will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
